How do I track my order?

When you place an order you will receive status emails to the email address you provided.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us including the name on the order and we will email you the tracking information. ContactUs@InspireMeBracelets.com

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order (we do have a 2-3 business day processing time.) Items ordered together may not always ship together. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Inspire Me Bracelets does not ship orders to post office boxes.  We are able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs only.  PLEASE NOTE. WE ARE WORKING VERY HARD TO GET ALL ORDERS OUT WITHIN 1-2 DAY BUT DUE TO COVID 19 SHIPPING TIMES ARE DELAYED. PLEASE ADD 2-3 DAYS TO THE NORMAL SHIPPING TIME.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Amazon Pay and Paypal. All payments are made on a secure server.

What are the bracelets made of?

Inspire Me Bracelets are made of stainless steel that is hypoallergenic, lead free, and tarnish resistant . Our Rose Gold bracelets are also made with the same material as our silver bracelets which makes them hypoallergenic, lead free, and tarnish resistant as well.  Each Rose Gold bracelet is double coated with a thick, strong and long lasting polish.  With the proper care our bracelets will last a long time. We also use high quality all natural earth stones.

How to care for the bracelets?

1: Be sure to remove your bracelet to avoid exposure to chemicals
and excess water.
Harsh substances can damage or discolor precious metals and may harm the gemstones as well as the string. Try to avoid lotions, perfumes, as well as cleaning supplies. All jewelry should be removed before swimming or showering.
2: Remove your bracelet before activities that could damage or snag your bracelet.  
Try to avoid wearing the bracelet during vigorous activities such as working out or sports.
3: Cleaning of your bracelet should be done with a soft clothe.
Please do not use cleaning solutions to clean your bracelet. Only use a soft clothe.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at contactus@inspiremebracelets.com to arrange a return. You have 30 days after your purchase to do a return or exchange. 

The full refund will be returned once the bracelet is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your refund or exchange once the bracelet is back in our possession. Please note that all shipping expenses of the return are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I exchange my bracelet?

****Please be sure to include a note with your package that tells us the bracelet you would like in exchange (Saying, Size, and Stone Type). Please also let us know the address you would like the bracelet sent back to. Shipping expenses to send the bracelet to us are the responsibly of the customer however we will take care of the shipping back to you.

 

Warranty Information.

Inspire Me Bracelets offers a 6 month warranty on all bracelets. If for any reason your bracelet is damaged or broken within 6 months please email us at contactus@inspiremebracelets.com to receive a replacement bracelet.

EXTENDED WARRANTY INFO

Our extended warranties cover 1 damaged or broken bracelet.  Each bracelet you purchase would need an extended warranty if you would like to cover it longer than the given 6 month time frame that comes with all of our bracelets.  All warranties are good for 1 use.
