How to Celebrate Thoughtful Thursday with Inspiration Co.

Hello and Happy Thursday Inspiration Nation :)

We are so excited to share with you our weekly tradition of Thoughtful and Thankful Thursday, where we take some time to express our gratitude for the people and things that make our lives better, delve deeper into meditation, and explore topics of faith and spiritual practices.

Gratitude is not only a powerful emotion, but also a proven way to boost your happiness, health, and success. Studies have shown that practicing gratitude can improve your mood, reduce stress, enhance your relationships, and even increase your productivity.

But how do you practice gratitude in a busy and sometimes challenging world? That’s where we come in. At Inspiration Co., we create beautiful and meaningful jewelry that is good for your soul and helps you express your gratitude and inspire others.

But we don’t just offer beautifully crafted jewelry. The messages of Faith, Hope, and Love underpin the core of everything we do as a company.  We want to help you cultivate a grateful mindset that will transform your life!

That’s why we invite you to join us every Thursday for our Thankful Thursday challenge and weekly meditations. This week here’s how it works:

  • Every Thursday morning, write down three things you are grateful for in your journal. They can be big or small, personal or professional, specific or general. The important thing is to be sincere and detailed.  Feel the good feeling you get when you think about these three things.
  • Every Thursday afternoon, share one of those things on social media with the hashtag #ThankfulThursday and tag us @InspirationCo so the rest of the community can learn from your story and in turn feel inspired themselves. If you have one of our Inspire Me Bracelets, make sure to share a pic of what engraving you wear every day and why :)
  • Every Thursday evening, send a thank-you note (Texting is Best) to someone who made a positive difference in your life that week. It can be a friend, a family member, a colleague, a neighbor, or even a stranger.
  • Every Thursday night, reflect on how practicing gratitude for the three things earlier in the day made you feel and what benefits you noticed. Write down your insights in your journal and celebrate your progress.

Every Thursday, by following these simple steps, you will begin to develop a habit of gratitude which will feed into your happiness and allow you to spread joy and inspiration to others. You will also be a part of one of the fastest growing communities of WORLD CHANGERS in the Inspiration Nation who are filled with gratitude, support each other and try every day to make this world a little bit better.

Thank you all for being the best part of the Inspiration Nation :)

So, what are you waiting for?! Join us today and start your Thankful Thursday journey with Inspiration Co. We can’t wait to see what you are grateful for and how it changes your life.
