HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order you will receive status emails to the email
address you provided. Once your order has been shipped, you will
receive an email with the tracking number. If you are having trouble
tracking your order, please contact us including the name on the order
and we will email you the tracking information.

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order when you use standard shipping.
We also offer 2 day shipping when you select FEDEX 2DAY.
Please note there is a 1-2 day processing time frame. Items ordered together may not always
ship together. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, The
Inspiration Co. does not ship orders to post office boxes. We are able
to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs only.
Where is the product made and shipped from?
We make and ship all orders out of our main office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
What is your return policy?
The Inspiration Co. Products are meant to bring Inspiration and Joy to our Customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to exchange or get store credit.

IN STORE - Purchases made in-store are eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY when returned to any Inspiration Company retail location within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned product must meet all return criteria below.
ONLINE- purchases made online may be returned/sent back to The Inspiration Company distribution center. Please email contactus@inspirationco.com to receive instructions on returning online orders for Credit/Exchange within 30 days of the date ordered. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product, and The Inspiration Company will be responsible for the cost to ship out the exchanged product back to the customer. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed.
RETURN CRITERIA BELOW MUST BE MET FOR ALL RETRUNS
- Product must be in original packaging to receive Store Credit.
- You must have your receipt or order number.
- Product must not have been opened, worn, and must show no proof of use.
- Custom Engraved pieces, birthday discount purchases, gift cards, The Inspiration Company Branded merchandise, custom pieces created in store and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
FRAGRANCE RETURN POLICY
All unopened fragrance items purchased in store may be returned at your nearest The Inspiration Company store for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Fragrance must be unopened, in its original packaging. All fragrance boxes were designed with sustainability in mind and are FSC certified, FSC(C) C102375.
All unopened fragrance items purchased online may be returned for a full refund to your original payment method after sending the items back to The Inspiration Company distribution center within 30 days of receipt of product. Fragrance must be unopened, in its original packaging. We strongly encourage all customers to maintain and reuse the original fragrance shipping container to return your fragrance items.

The Inspiration Company E-Gift Cards and physical gift cards can be redeemed online or in any The Inspiration Company Retail Location. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. The Inspiration Company will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase and Gift Card Serial Number. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside of the United States.

We do ship internationally using DHL Express. *Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders. Custom fees may apply.

What materials is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of stainless steel that is hypoallergenic, lead free, and tarnish resistant . Our Rose Gold jewelry is also made with the same material as our silver jewelry which makes them hypoallergenic, lead free, and tarnish resistant as well. Each Rose Gold item is double coated with a thick, strong and long lasting polish. With the proper care our jewelry will last a long time. We also use high quality all natural earth stones.
What size are the bracelets?
Our bracelets are made with an elastic band allowing one to stretch over the hand and come in the sizes below:
Womens Sizes
Small - Wrist sizes 6in to 7in
Medium- Wrist sizes 7.1in to 8in
Mens Sizes
Medium - Wrist sizes 6.75ins to 7.75 in
Large-Wrist sizes 8in to 8.75in
The Mens Collection stones are 8mm compared to all other bracelets which are 6mm.

How to care for our jewelry?
1: Be sure to remove your bracelet to avoid exposure to chemicals and excess water.
Harsh
substances can damage or discolor precious metals and may harm the
gemstones as well as the string. Try to avoid lotions, perfumes, as well
as cleaning supplies. All jewelry should be removed before swimming or
showering.
2: Remove your bracelet before activities that could damage or snag your bracelet.
Try to avoid wearing the bracelet during vigorous activities such as working out or sports.
3: Cleaning of your bracelet should be done with a soft clothe.
Please do not use cleaning solutions to clean your bracelet. Only use a soft clothe.
Warranty Information.
The Inspiration Co. offers a 6 month warranty on all jewelry.
If for any reason your jewelry is damaged or broken within 6 months
please email us at contactus@inspiremebracelets.com to receive a
replacement. The warranty does not cover lost items. In order to
activate the warranty you must be able to present us with a receipt as
well as the piece of jewelry or a picture of the jewelry.
EXTENDED WARRANTY INFO
Our extended warranties cover 1 damaged or broken item. Each
item you purchase would need an extended warranty if you would like to
cover it longer than the given 6 month time frame that comes with all of
our jewelry pieces. All warranties are good for 1 use.
